What we collect

When you submit an access request or contact form, we collect the information you provide: identity and contact details, company information, the description of your project, budget indications and how you found us. We also record the IP address and browser used to submit the form, solely to prevent abuse.

02

Why we process it

To assess your request, to contact you about it, and — if an engagement begins — to administer it. The legal basis is your consent for the request itself, and the performance of a contract thereafter.

03

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to an engagement are retained for twenty-four months, then deleted. Client records are retained for the duration of the relationship and for the period required by applicable accounting and commercial law.

04

Who sees it

Members of the NIKA team involved in reviewing your request. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

05

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and you may object to its processing. Write to us and we will respond within one month.

06

Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions are stored server-side and revocable, privileged actions are logged, and documents are served only through authorised routes. No system is absolutely secure; we design on that assumption.
