FORGE.
FORGE CLUB — Paris 8e · open to members, 5am–midnight
THE EFFORT,WITHOUTTHE CROWD.
Iron does not lie. Crowds do.
A club where you never wait for a bar, where the music is not imposed on you, where nobody films anybody. Two thousand square metres, a capped member count, and the silence it takes to truly work.
The floors
Five spaces. Zero waiting.
Each floor is sized for the quiet hours and the rush alike. If a space fills, the club declines — it does not expand.
- 01LA HALLE DE FORCECalibrated iron, dedicated platforms, chalk allowed.
- 02LE PLATEAU CARDIOSpaced machines, low light, no television screens.
- 03LE STUDIOEight people maximum, one coach, one closed door.
- 04LA RÉCUPÉRATIONCold plunges, sauna, treatment room — by reservation.
- 05LE RINGBoxing and wrestling, supervised slots, never open access.
Coaching
One coach for four members.
The programming
Your plan is written, dated, signed. Every session exists on paper before it exists on the floor — nothing is improvised.
The presence
The club's ratio is contractual: one coach for every four members present. You are never a face in a room.
The measurement
Strength, mobility, recovery: everything is measured, everything is kept. The club prefers an honest number to a vague word of encouragement.
Membership
The club turns people away.
Membership is capped per hour, not per square metre of retail floor. When an hour is full, it is full — and the waiting list moves at the pace of departures, not follow-ups.
- 5am — 9am40 members per hour
- 9am — 5pm25 members per hour
- 5pm — 9pm40 members per hour
- 9pm — midnight20 members per hour
The rule
HERE, YOU DO NOTTRAINin public.
No photos, no selfie mirrors, no leaderboard on the wall. What you lift concerns you, your coach and the logbook. It is the condition of real work — and the reason people stay.
